The same way like Cordelia doesn't put a special meaning behind the empty word of "love" because of Karlheinz, Laito also accepts the empty meaning of the world to be simple pleasures by the carnal lust- the only thing he has from Cordelia at the end,who never loves him back the same way he does. The overall shock and the situation ended up with Laito becoming perverted and not having a clear understanding of love,also becoming desperately obsessed with Cordelia. She does that to show Laito his place,because he starts to try to posses her and to kill her other lovers,wanting to be her only man,while no matter with who she is Cordelia loves only Karlheinz since he saw her as a lover, he couldn't avoid looking at things she did with other men as cheating on him. Laito has reddish-brown hair to the half of his neck, with a lighter blondish color to the tips and darker green eyes with different irises than Ayato's and Cordelia's. Laito along with Kanato and Ayato, the triplets, are the sons of Cordelia, daughter of the Demon Lord and the first wife of Karlheinz, the Vampire King. Laito Sakamaki (逆巻 ライト Sakamaki Raito) is the fith son of the Sakamaki household(the Diabolik Lovers world uses the old Japanese tradition where the twin or triplet born first is the youngest,therefor all of them consider Laito the youngest of the triplets,and so does himself.).
